Entre la suppression de la <strong>GIPA <\/strong>(pour cette ann\u00e9e voire plus selon les dires du ministre de la fonction publique), les <strong>suppressions de postes pr\u00e9vues au budget 2025<\/strong> (4000 postes en tout, 1er et 2nd degr\u00e9), <strong>aucune revalorisation salariale de pr\u00e9vue<\/strong> et maintenant le projet de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snes.edu\/article\/jours-de-carence-une-provocation-et-beaucoup-de-mepris-pour-les-fonctionnaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>3 jours de carence en cas de maladie et 90% du traitement vers\u00e9 seulement<\/strong><\/a>, ce n\u2019est pas demain la veille que nous remonterons dans le classement de l\u2019OCDE concernant nos conditions de travail et que nous recruterons davantage. Le pire \u00e9tant notre ministre, Anne Genetet, qui nous sort absurdit\u00e9 sur absurdit\u00e9 (tant sur les merveilleuses conditions de travail dans le 93, tant sur les TZR, \u2026). Bref, on pensait avoir tout vu avec Am\u00e9lie Oud\u00e9a Cast\u00e9ra et Blanquer, mais il semblerait qu\u2019ils continuent de creuser encore plus profond \u00e0 Paris pour d\u00e9truire l\u2019Ecole Publique et la fonction Publique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. <strong>Le SNES-FSU continue la lutte contre cette politique ultralib\u00e9rale destructrice et proposera des actions prochainement. repr\u00e9sentatives au niveau national, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us en octobre, suite \u00e0 l\u2019alerte sociale d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par tous les syndicats (chose rare). Il en \u00e9tait ressorti que les groupes de niveau en 4e et 3e ne seront pas appliqu\u00e9s \u00a0mais qu\u2019ils r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissaient \u00e0 d\u2019autres moyens (heures de soutien, pr\u00e9pa DNB, \u2026). <strong>Mais, par voie de presse, Anne Genetet est revenue sur sa d\u00e9cision et a annonc\u00e9 un \u201cacte 2 du Choc des Savoirs\u00a0\u00bb et a annonc\u00e9 des groupes de niveau en 4e-3e ! Tout ceci est tellement d\u00e9connect\u00e9 du terrain, o\u00f9 plus de 70% des \u00e9tablissements ont refus\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e9tat ces groupes et par manque de moyens humains ! <\/strong> Ces groupes de niveau sont intol\u00e9rables, fabriquent de l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 sociale, provoquent d\u2019\u00e9normes dysfonctionnements dans les \u00e9tablissements (emplois du temps, BMP, \u2026) <strong>Le SNES-FSU continuera sa lutte contre cette r\u00e9forme au minist\u00e8re et sur le terrain !<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le DNB, les mesures qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vus pour 2025 sont repouss\u00e9es \u00e0 2026 (l\u2019obligation du DNB pour aller en seconde par contre pose plus probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la ministre, elle ne sait pas encore). Les classes pr\u00e9pa secondes sont maintenues (malgr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9norme flop de cette ann\u00e9e \u2026). Les salaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9voqu\u00e9s, car c\u2019est la question principale concernant l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier. L\u00e0, pas de r\u00e9ponse, aucune revalorisation de pr\u00e9vue dans le budget 2025. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"last-child\"><strong>Le SNES-FSU maitient cette alerte sociale et Entre la suppression de la <strong>GIPA <\/strong>(pour cette ann\u00e9e voire plus selon les dires du ministre de la fonction publique), les <strong>suppressions de postes pr\u00e9vues au budget 2025<\/strong> (4000 postes en tout, 1er et 2nd degr\u00e9), <strong>aucune revalorisation salariale de pr\u00e9vue<\/strong> et maintenant le projet de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snes.edu\/article\/jours-de-carence-une-provocation-et-beaucoup-de-mepris-pour-les-fonctionnaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>3 jours de carence en cas de maladie et 90% du traitement vers\u00e9 seulement<\/strong><\/a>, ce n\u2019est pas demain la veille que nous remonterons dans le classement de l\u2019OCDE concernant nos conditions de travail et que nous recruterons davantage. Le pire \u00e9tant notre ministre, Anne Genetet, qui nous sort absurdit\u00e9 sur absurdit\u00e9 (tant sur les merveilleuses conditions de travail dans le 93, tant sur les TZR, \u2026). Bref, on pensait avoir tout vu avec Am\u00e9lie Oud\u00e9a Cast\u00e9ra et Blanquer, mais il semblerait qu\u2019ils continuent de creuser encore plus profond \u00e0 Paris pour d\u00e9truire repr\u00e9sentatives au niveau national, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us en octobre, suite \u00e0 l\u2019alerte sociale d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par tous les syndicats (chose rare). Il en \u00e9tait ressorti que les groupes de niveau en 4e et 3e ne seront pas appliqu\u00e9s \u00a0mais qu\u2019ils r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissaient \u00e0 d\u2019autres moyens (heures de soutien, pr\u00e9pa DNB, \u2026). <strong>Mais, par voie de presse, Anne Genetet est revenue sur sa d\u00e9cision et a annonc\u00e9 un \u201cacte 2 du Choc des Savoirs\u00a0\u00bb et a annonc\u00e9 des groupes de niveau en 4e-3e ! Tout ceci est tellement d\u00e9connect\u00e9 du terrain, o\u00f9 plus de 70% des \u00e9tablissements ont refus\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e9tat ces groupes et par manque de moyens humains ! <\/strong> Ces groupes de niveau sont intol\u00e9rables, fabriquent de l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 sociale, provoquent d\u2019\u00e9normes dysfonctionnements dans les \u00e9tablissements (emplois du temps, BMP, \u2026) <strong>Le SNES-FSU continuera sa lutte contre cette r\u00e9forme au minist\u00e8re et sur le terrain !<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le DNB, les mesures qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vus pour 2025 sont repouss\u00e9es \u00e0 2026 (l\u2019obligation du DNB pour aller en seconde par contre pose plus probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la ministre, elle ne sait pas encore). Les classes pr\u00e9pa secondes sont maintenues (malgr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9norme flop de cette ann\u00e9e \u2026). Les salaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9voqu\u00e9s, car c\u2019est la question principale concernant l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier. L\u00e0, pas de r\u00e9ponse, aucune revalorisation de pr\u00e9vue dans le budget 2025. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"last-child\"><strong>Le SNES-FSU maitient cette alerte sociale et
